Yesterday, I headed up to London with my Mum, my Grandma & my Grandma’s best friend, Viv. We headed up for one reason, and one reason alone which was to see Andre Rieu in concert. Now if you haven’t heard of Andre Rieu I 100% bet that your Grandparents have. Andre Rieu seems to be making every elderly lady fall in love with him!
Incase you haven’t heard of him, Â Andre Rieu is a conductor of the Johann Strauss orchestra and he also is very talented at the violin! I mean super talented!
Now, don’t get me wrong Andre Rieu is not my personal kind of music, but he does make classical music fun, people were getting out of their seats and dancing and there were so many smiles! It was lovely! People were also sat waving their over priced Andre Rieu scarfs and just having fun on a Friday evening!
I honestly can’t thank Andre Rieu enough for putting the biggest smile on my Grandma’s face, it made me so happy as I haven’t seen her smile like that in years! So Mr Rieu, if you happen to glance a read at this (which I highly doubt you will!) thank you for last night! It was amazing to see my Grandma so happy!
