Klairs Soothing Serum Review

Back in February I got contacted by a company called Wishtrend. I had never heard of this brand before, however, in the email, they told me that they were a brand that sold Korean beauty products to the UK and US. They asked me if I would like to receive a product from them to review and I said yes pretty quickly! They asked me what my skin type was and decided to send me this soothing serum by Klairs as my skin is normal to dry.

I had never used a serum of any kind before so I didn’t know what to expect. Luckily the website has videos, pictures and lots of information about what is in the product, what to do with the product and how to apply it, so before I had even received the Klairs Soothing Serum I could become an expert on it! I knew exactly how to use it and what it was for, which was pretty handy as I am a bit of a skincare novice!

I had my delivery on an express service, and it came within a week. However, if you order it on a normal delivery rate it can take 2 weeks for your items to arrive. I think that is pretty good especially when it is international shipping from half way around the world! The product was also packaged nicely! It was firstly in a DHL envelope, underneath that was the another envelope. After that, there was so much bubble wrap surrounding the box of the bottle. I thought this was a nice touch as we all know how rough some of these shipping companies can be! Then we get to the box and inside the box is the bottle of serum. However, this is also wrapped in a layer of plastic. I liked this as it confirmed to me that it hasn’t been used before!

Now, onto the actual product itself! The Klairs Soothing Serum claims to make your skin softer and give your skin that moisture boost. Now, I was a little sceptical! I always have been when it comes to Asian beauty however, at the same time, I knew that a lot of people raved about Asian skin care, so I thought that this could work.

Now, I have used it a fair amount of times since I reviewed it, and I’m going to be honest, I kind of love it! I think that this actually does what it says on the tin. I like to use this before I go to bed as then I feel like the toy skin has plenty of time without me touching it, so that it can soak up all the moisture. In my opinion, I feel like this does work as something that smooths my skin. Whenever I wear this, I honestly feel like my skin is as smooth as a babies bum! I can’t imagine a night when I don’t put this on my face! My skin has improved since starting to use this and I feel that it is a lot more moist.
