Back at the end of September, I was invited down to the Body Shop in Bournemouth for a private event. The store was open one Sunday after closing time for all of us to look around and ask as many questions as we needed.
As you may know, I LOVE the Body Shop. I was a huge fan of their body butters, since the summer I have moved onto the Body Yoghurts which are my personal favourites. Also, the scents are just beautiful! My personal favourite is the strawberry scent. It reminds me of my travels to Australia when I was around 7.
There are so many different products at The Body Shop. It wasn’t until this event that I realised the range of products that they have. There are products for every skin type and for all parts of the body. I did not appreciate the amount of different ranges. I will definitely be doing some more research on all their products!
We had the store all to ourselves, which was great as it was super easy to take pics of all the products and there was no judgement! However, it was also great as we had the staffs full attention. This meant that I could pester them and asking what works for my skin to my hearts content. The girls are so knowledgable, and give such great advice. They also give great arm massages. I was able to try out some of the scrubs on my arm and even got to try out a new lipstick.
When I was there in September, they were showcasing their limited edition Autumn range (which smells divine, also the packaging is ace!). I hope they bring this back for next year, but I have also seen their Christmas range, and again, I feel like I’m going to need to purchase more items before the season is over!
Whilst we were there, we were spoilt with a 30% discount, which was amazing! Also, we were gifted a little goodie bag filled with goodies! I can’t believe how generous the Bournemouth Body Shop was! I’ve been enjoying my goodies ever since (especially the lipstick!).
A huge thank you to both the Bournemouth Bloggers and The Body Shop Bournemouth for the invite. I had a great time, and it was so nice to experience a private shopping experience.
I was invited down to the Body Shop with the Bournemouth Bloggers in exchange for a blog post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
