This post is not sponsored. I was invited along to the Crafts & Giggles HQ along with the Bournemouth Bloggers for a complimentary flower crown making session. I got to participate in the complimetary flower crown making session in exchange for a blog post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
If you know me, I am the least crafty person on the planet! For years, I have tried to be crafty, but my crafts always turn out not so great! However, my blogger friend Katie runs her own craft business, Crafts & Giggles. She invited me, and some of the Bournemouth Bloggers to make flower crowns, I knew I had to give it a go!
When we got there, there were so many silk flowers out on the tables. It was actually really beautiful. We were told to pick ones that we liked. I went for blues, yellows and whites. These are actually some of my favourite colours, and they went together so well! I picked all the flowers I wanted and got to work wiring them all together. This was a little fiddly, but actually, once I got the hang of it, it wasn’t that bad.
It was actually super easy to make the flower crowns! Much easier than I anticipated. I’m actually really proud of what I created. The flower crown is really cute and I love it! In fact, I was so proud that Emma and I headed out onto the sea front to take pictures of us in our flower crowns. It was a tad windy, so it was a little difficult to wear them, but the photos are super cute!
A huge thank you to Katie from Crafts & Giggles for the fun morning! I had such fun crafting away! Make sure to check out Crafts & Giggles for all things craft!
