During exams I tend to eat quite a few snacks and yes I know its bad, but its so easy to just reach for a one of those cheeky bite size flapjacks, so eating healthy main meals is a MUST during these periods!
I’m one of those people that likes throwing anything in the house into a bowl and being done with it, but I do tend to have some musts that go in to my salads.
Today I decided to go for this:
- Lettuce
- Carrots
- Peppers
- Sweetcorn
- Ham
- Chicken
- Raisins
- Caesar Dressing
That is basically it! It is such an easy recipe and you can just shove anything in that you like and it also requires no effort!
