So yesterday started off pretty great. I had a bit of a headache, but nothing that a little pain killer couldn’t sort out.
Well around 4pm yesterday this headache was so painful and it just hurt too much, so I ended up going to have a short nap which turned into a map that lasted till 7pm and I woke up feeling very dizzy and not being able to walk without holding onto something in fear of falling over.
After that wake up I ended up going back to bed and falling asleep for the rest of the night.
This morning when I woke up I self diagnosed myself with dehydration as I figured that I have not drunk enough fluids over the weekend! Well done me!
So the moral of this blog post is me telling you how important it is to drink plenty of fluids especially over these summer months as I’m sure none of you want to be bed ridden like me yesterday and the majority of today!
