Dorset Bloggers Christmas Party

On Sunday, I was invited to the Dorset Bloggers Christmas Party at the Trouville Hotel. I thought I would write a post so I could have a written memory of the night, almost like a diary entry with photos.

On arrival we all got a cocktail that tasted like strawberries! I’m still not sure what it was, but it was pretty yummy!

As soon as we sat down at our table, the food came rushing over! I had tomato and basil soup to start which was yummy, however about 3 mouthfuls in my wonderful friend Louise decided to let off a party popper and the streamers landed in my soup! i was a good sport and moved them over onto Louise’s empty plate and continued eating this delicious soup!

Between courses we gave out our Secret Santa presents, I had Kirsty and I bought her a little soap and glory set! Emma had me and bought me the All is Calm bag from Zoella’s Christmas beauty range and a little notebook with a cactus on and its so cute!

The turkey came and it was delicious! It was so yummy and it made me super excited for my own Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day! For dessert I had the lemon tart with a raspberry sauce and it was beautiful! I love a good dessert!

Afterwards we all danced the night away to various songs, some old and some new! A firm fave of mine that was played was obviously by my bae Tay Tay with Shake it Off! That is such a party classic and it got all of us going!

It was so lovely to spend time with bloggers that I would honestly like to call friends! I look forward to seeing them all in the new year!

A massive thank you to Kirsty who runs Dorset Bloggers for organising the Christmas Party! I had such a fun night and can’t wait to see what more Dorset Bloggers have to offer in 2018 and I can’t wait to see all the girls soon!
