My Morning Teeth Regime | #AD

Recently, I went to the dentist (ugh!) to have a checkup, and it did not go so well for me! So, with the help from Panasonic I am currently working out ways to make my teeth much healthier and cleaner as these are the only teeth I am going to be getting!

My Routine

Every morning I start with actually brushing my teeth. I have been using an electric toothbrush for a while, and it has made cleaning my teeth so much easier, but according to my dentist I have been doing it wrong! Apparently, you aren’t supposed to move the electric toothbrush like you would with an ordinary brush. You are supposed to hold the toothbrush still over a tooth. You do this on all sides of the tooth and then you can move on. One of the things that I have been doing is making sure that I am actually brushing for two minutes. I have become a dab-hand at giving my teeth a quick once over and then leaving it. Well not any more! I am now setting a timer for two minutes on my phone, so I know that I am giving it the full time.

After cleaning my teeth with the brush, I then will do a quick mouth wash. This is to mainly freshen my breath, but it also kills germs, so it prevents plaque build up.

Finally, I will try and floss my teeth (no not the dance move). I actually hate doing this, but my dentist said that if I didn’t want to have any more procedures, then I will need to floss twice daily. I just hate getting a tiny piece of string type thing and putting it in my mouth (gross!). This is where the Panasonic Rechargeable Oral Irrigator comes in. This helps get into the spaces that a toothbrush just can’t get too. It uses high-pressure water jets to shoot directly in between the teeth, so is an alternative to flossing for those that don’t like getting their hands near their mouth.

Then once done, I’m ready for the day. What do you do to keep your teeth clean?
