This post is not sponsored. I was invited down to the spa at The Solent Hotel & Spa for a day at the spa, a treatment and a lunch in exchange for a blog post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Last month, I was invited down to The Solent Hotel & Spa for a super relaxing day. In fact it was the Tuesday after the May-Day bank holiday weekend. A perfect end to a long weekend!
Emma and I arrived together, and we headed straight into the hotel. Within the hotel, is this gorgeous spa. We were welcomed and given some refreshments. I had a bowl of fruit and a smoothie, which were both delicious and an excellent way to start the day.
We were given our towels and our treatment appointment times, and then we were allowed to explore. The spa had all the usuals, hot tubs, pool, loungers, saunas, steam rooms and the relaxing lounge. This spa also had a gym.
For my treatment I had a facial. I love a good facial! My skin always comes away feeling lovely, and this treatment did not disappoint! It was only a 20 minute facial, but it was 20 minutes of relaxing and being pampered, which is not something that I would always allow myself time to do!

We had a demo session where we learnt and got to try all of the staple products. I learnt so much, and there are a few products that I am adding to my wish list! Can I also mention, that the skincare products are all made out of the bi-product of wine! Who said wine was bad for you eh? Apparently, it’s good for the skin! We also got to preview the new suncare range. This was super impressive. We got to try out all of it and I think everyone fell in love with the Suncare Oil.

The Solent Hotel & Spa offer really healthy meals, which is perfect when you are pampering yourself at the spa. For starter, I had the Crispy Camembert, with salad. This was so delicious! The Camembert was just to die for. Then for my main, I had the club sandwich! DELICIOUS!
We had some time to explore the spa and use the facilities before it was time to head home, But not before they gave us a goodie bag with some of the Caudalíe products, including a full size of the Suncare Oil! AMAZING! I’m actually super excited to use this now that the warmer weather is here.
